HEADSUP Leadership

Captains Circle
Empowering peer leaders to inspire, mediate, and drive positive change on campus through mentorship and leadership.
Captains Circle is a transformative 6-week SEL program designed to cultivate peer leadership and mentorship among high school and college students. Participants will develop crucial skills in conflict resolution, advocacy, and leadership, all aimed at enhancing campus culture and fostering a supportive community. By equipping peer leaders with the tools to guide and inspire others, the program ensures a ripple effect of positive influence, as younger students are motivated to follow in their footsteps. The ultimate goal is to create a legacy of leadership where students strive for excellence and community engagement.

WE GOT NEXT Life Readiness
The life readiness program that equips students with the seven essential life skills needed to succeed beyond high school.
“We Got Next” is a five-day life readiness program designed for graduating high school seniors who feel unprepared for post-graduation life. The program equips students with essential life skills, including communication, problem-solving, relationship management, emotional intelligence, and self-advocacy.
